Who We Are

Joseph Hardy is a collective of Core Associates, creatives and collaborators with a proven track record in the Built Environment.

The collective is led by Paulette McAllister, who serves as both Managing Director and a external consultee for the Built & Historic Environment. Paulette brings a wealth of experience and insight, serving as a trusted advisor to clients while also leading strategic housing development initiatives for Local Government.

Michael Royalton-Kisch, our esteemed Heritage Surveyor, whose expertise lies in surveying and preserving heritage sites. Dr. Alan Coday IHBC complements our collective as a Heritage Consultant, bringing academic and practical know how to our projects. Together, they ensure that historical integrity is maintained while meeting contemporary needs.

Adding to our team is Lilly Marshall, a Narrative Places Designer who works on our projects with storytelling and creativity. Lilly’s approach transforms spaces into immersive experiences, bridging the past with the present through evocative design.
