Social and Built Regeneration is at the core of what we do.

Who We Are

Joseph Hardy works a collective of Core Associates, creatives and collaborators, all with a proven and accredited track record in the Built Environment.

The collective was funded as is led by Paulette McAllister. Paulette brings her wealth of experience and insight form over 25 years in the Built Environment, serving as a trusted advisor to her clients while also leading Place based initiatives for Local Government, she remains acting external consultee for the Built & Historic Environment for Local Government.

Dr. Alan Coday IHBC complements the collective as a Heritage Consultant, bringing academic and practical know how to projects alongside Michael Royalton-Kisch, our esteemed Heritage Surveyor, whose expertise lies in surveying and preserving heritage sites. Together, they ensure that historical integrity is maintained while meeting contemporary needs.

Lilly Marshall is a recently graduated Designer with storytelling and creativity woven through her Place Narratives, bridging the past with the present through evocative design and diligent research.

Most recently to join the team as a Core Associate is Nikki Dawney whose insight and intellect for place and planning strategy ensures what is bring created has integrity and legacy.
